The new bridge from Vietnam is causing excitement for its strange design. The golden bridge is apparently suspended in the air by a pair of giant hands which lift it toward the sky. It is placed outside of Danang at the Bà Nà Hills mountain resort. The bridge has almost 500 foot long and it was opened in June as part of the permanent development of the Thien Thai Garden within the resort.
The bridge is suspended about 4,600 feet above the sea level and its path is lined with purple Lobelia Chrysanthemums in order to offer a punch of color. Ho Chi Mihn-based TA Corporation seems to be responsible for the landscape concept, though any designer has not been mentioned to the finished piece. At present, the 1.5 million visitors which drove to Bà Nà Hills will be able to take in this new attraction, which adds to their impressive list of sites.
Visitors may visit the Fantasy Park, that was inspired by 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and amazing French Gardens. The bridge was the recent location of a bridal fashion show and it will definitely attract selfie-lovers from all over the world. The structure is part of a $2 billion investment for attracting more tourists to the area.
The golden bridge represents a new project in Thien Thai garden, located in Ba Na hills town in the resort with the same name. The resort area was established in 1919 and once held 200-odd villas. Nowadays it comprises a series of funfair-like attractions. The french village is an architectural work inspired by ancient french villas like a square, church, town and hotels. We may also find there a cable, car, funicular, alpine coaster and wax museum.
